Key responsibilities & impact

monitor expenses by cost center
analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical)
support the preparation of budgets by cost center
participate in monthly closings and in the preparation of future plans
develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools with functional managers
carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
fluent in French and English
good knowledge of German
proficient in the MS Office suite
solid knowledge of an ERP system
autonomous, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
analytical skills and communication abilities
