About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implementation of BI dashboards to automate existing reporting processes
Development of new operational KPIs and performance indicators to measure business outcomes
Close collaboration with sales and product management teams as well as supply chain teams to capture reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Support the sales team by providing ad-hoc analyses and data-driven insights to support decision-making
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual workload and improve data quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and macros)
Willingness to learn and interest in reporting and data visualization tools
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and automate reporting activities
Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good command of English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
