About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- support the Talent Management team in different projects
- coordinate training and development initiatives for employees and managers across different levels
- prepare impactful presentations, communications, and reports on HR-related topics
- contribute to diverse and exciting cross-functional projects related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement
- support the HR Business Partnering team in the day-to-day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle
- act as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and support
Requirements
What you’ll need- student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent
- excellent command of English, French is an asset
- strong communication and writing skills
- comfortable with the MS Office suite
- quick adaptation to new digital tools and systems
- proactive, organized, and collaborative
- positive mindset
- strong interpersonal skills
- creative approach to problem-solving
