About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with the product improvement program, provide technical support to the field service crews when required
Back up Maintenance advisor and carry out and manage all sections of the breakdown analysis program
Assist service department with completing PIR for important failures and product issues
Monitor active component field tests and update PIR system on a monthly basis
Document the installation of CSI parts and ensure CSI work orders are closed as completed
Review customer oil sample reports and assist with recommendations regarding possible component issues
Assist the warranty team in inspecting failed parts/components

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
5 years in the same field
Accurate, structured, pro-active, independent and team player
A strong background in hydraulic excavator maintenance
Strong organizational skills
High level of computer literacy
Possess excellent communication skills
The ability to work with minimum supervision
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure in a small team environment
Be punctual, reliable and have a high standard of work ethic
