About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the facility related aspects of the LUS Miami site
Perform day-to-day tasks to operate the entire site
Plan and coordinate resources to maintain facility items
Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and promote safety
Maintain communication with third parties for contracts and inspections
Inspect facility and evaluate use of space
Manage internal transportation vehicles and resources
Analyze location factors affecting operations
Plan and budget facility modifications
Perform audits and develop long-range plans
Serve as liaison to public utilities and agencies
Coordinate building space allocation and communication services
Work with vendors to manage ongoing maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
Ability to work on weekends or on call
Knowledgeable of 5S/6S work environments
