About the role

  • Learn to provide accurate technical and product information to both internal teams and external customers, building strong product knowledge over time.
  • Develop the ability to correctly identify, process and fulfil parts orders, ensuring customers receive the right components efficiently.
  • Gain practical experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatching orders.
  • Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional departments to develop industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative and continuously develop skills within the customer support environment.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn ERP, POS, and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Forklift License desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
