About the role
- plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects
- leads Customer Support functional teams through all project phases
- manages project changes
- develops project management plan
- represents the Customer Support department in product development projects
- prepares project status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training
- PMP certification is a plus
- ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
- ability to obtain/maintain regional and site-specific safety certifications
