About the role
- Responsible for purchasing for the defined project portfolio
- Drive all project-related purchasing activities
- Manage purchasing from concept phase through production (PPAP)
- Coordinate with various departments to achieve set objectives
- Forecast supplier capacity and perform market analyses to support innovation
- Manage supplier contracts and follow-up with the commodity team
- Lead sourcing meetings for supplier selection
- Ensure replacement and updating of parts during project phases
- Define and implement the sourcing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, procurement/purchasing, or equivalent
- Proven experience in project management or strategic procurement
- Experience in a technical field: mechanical, electronic, or similar
- IPMA Level D certification
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with an ERP system
- Ability to work in a team, versatility, and process management skills
