About the role
- Development and detailing of concepts for a production segment or department
- Implementation and roll-out of concepts through process changes or as smaller projects
- Preparation and coordination of trials/tests
- Planning projects to implement approved measures
- Development and coordination of schedules with clearly defined scope
- Support in the procurement of capital investments
- Preparation of management reports
- Key user for the ERP and WMS systems used in warehouse logistics
- Organization of end-user training
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), IT management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a similar qualification, plus further qualified training as a technician (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d)
- REFA or MTM knowledge advantageous
- Commitment, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong affinity for IT
