About the role

  • Analyze logistics requirements and model operational processes.
  • Support the deployment of the WMS and its integration with the ERP.
  • Provide Level 2 functional WMS support.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of supply chain processes.
  • Write user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor WMS developments, testing, and releases.
  • Coordinate communications between logistics teams, IT, and integrators.
  • Participate in supply chain audits and internal controls.
  • Manage budget tracking and supplier relationships within the WMS scope.
  • Participate in on-call duty (remote).

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Practical experience with an ERP is essential; experience with a WMS is a plus.
  • Strong process orientation and good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira are a plus.
  • Understanding of data and integrations.
  • Interpersonal skills: clear communicator, structured, proactive, comfortable coordinating between business and IT teams.
  • Languages: English (B2); German appreciated.
