About the role
- Design tooling for exchangers (spacers, interchangeable parts, brazing fixtures, etc.)
- Produce design packages (3D models, 2D drawings, bill of materials)
- Prepare calculation notes and justification for the design package
- Co-design specific parts with manufacturing workshops or suppliers
- Participate in technical progress meetings and in tooling validation
- Handle non-conformity reports in manufacturing or assembly
- Contribute to improving customer quality
Requirements
- 2-year technical diploma (Bac+2) in mechanical design or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience, or strong potential and motivation for the role
- Knowledge of design requirements in aerospace or industrial environments
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes for mechanical parts (machining, surface treatments, plastic injection)
- Understanding of mechanical properties and heat treatments of materials
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
