About the role
- Technical implementation planning and structural realization of site and building development measures, with a focus on construction, structural engineering (statics) and infrastructure topics
- Translating requirements and concept plans into execution-ready solutions for new builds, conversions and extensions
- Defining building, space and infrastructure requirements for construction implementation in close coordination with internal users
- Professional support during the realization phase of construction and renovation measures, including assessment of execution details and technical solutions
- Ensuring compliant implementation with standards and regulations, particularly with regard to building codes, structural safety and fire protection
- Participation in technical aspects of tenders, awards and approval processes
- Planning and technical support for maintenance, modernization and retrofit measures during operational phases
- Preparation and technical support for commissioning and handover of completed construction and infrastructure measures to operations
- Close technical coordination with Liebherr’s construction department and adjacent specialist departments throughout the entire implementation and realization phase
- Participation in assessing cost and schedule impacts of construction-related decisions
- Contribution to the sustainable, future-proof and functional development of sites during the implementation and realization phase
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Solid knowledge in construction planning, structural engineering (statics) and building services engineering
- Practical experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or commercial environment
- Familiarity with relevant building and fire protection standards and regulations
- Strong analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
- High personal responsibility and decisiveness — you take ownership, make decisions and drive topics forward
- Persistence and strong execution skills to successfully deliver projects even under demanding conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to engage internal and external partners effectively
- Self-leadership and reflective ability, and the capacity to remain focused and solution-oriented under pressure
- Experience with lean methods and a sense for efficient, sustainable processes
- Experience with CAD/BIM and project management tools
- Team player with good written and spoken English
