About the role
- Carry out various communication activities to support the deployment of the Air Safety Management System (SMS) across the company
- Update training materials and courses
- Propose communication initiatives to support SMS deployment
- Coordinate these initiatives with the company's communications team
- Implement approved communication and promotional activities
- Produce promotional videos and update existing e-learning modules
- Update the continuous improvement training in the form of a serious game
Requirements
- Quick learner
- Open-minded
- Knowledge of video editing tools/software (DaVinci Resolve)
- Field-oriented, hands-on mindset
- Autonomous and able to work independently
- Ability to simplify and communicate key messages clearly
- Interest in fieldwork and technical topics is a strong plus
