About the role
- Manage the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): create, update and delete equipment records; implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators through monthly reporting
- Analyze indicators and propose improvement actions to optimize service performance (failure rate, MTBF, MTTR, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance methods and processes
Requirements
- Two-year technical diploma (BTS or BUT) in Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/process drawings and schematics
- Interest in industrial environments and hands-on field work
- Comfortable with IT tools (2D drafting/CAD software, CMMS — internal training possible)
- Curiosity, adaptability, rigor, team spirit and resourcefulness, with a strong interest in hands-on technical challenges
- Proficiency in English is desired; German is a plus.
