About the role
- Reporting to the Sales – Technical Sales team, you will work closely with the technical and project teams to meet customer needs and respond to tender requests.
- Technical sales and tender responses
- Analyze customer requests and requirements upon receipt of tenders
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored solutions
- Participate in responding to tenders, from needs analysis through contract signing
- Audit and analyze the existing sales process, from initial request to contract signing
- Identify improvement opportunities to standardize and streamline the different stages of the process
- Contribute to harmonizing documents and methods across different applications
- Participate in activities of the Product Line "series production"
- Identify potential changes that could impact technical solutions during product development
Requirements
- Master's-level education with a technical-commercial focus (business school, engineering school with a technical orientation, commercial interest)
- Ability to understand a complex system as a whole
- Basic mechanical and industrial knowledge
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, analytical ability, proactivity and technical curiosity
- English proficiency preferred; knowledge of German is an asset
