About the role
- Detailed monthly capacity planning of suppliers and monitoring of delivery dates
- Invoice verification; agreement and approval of order-related additional costs
- Planning of temporary relocations in coordination with internal departments
- Processing order and cancellation proposals as well as changes to delivery dates and quantities
- Checking supplier delivery capability in case of quantity changes
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations
- Handling warranty cases and processing repair orders
- Acting as Purchasing representative for smaller projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a similar qualification
- Basic knowledge of production processes desirable
- Professional experience in purchasing
- Good written and spoken English
- Careful and structured way of working
- High quality awareness
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
