About the role
- Design and development of effective communication concepts and 360° communication packages to support regional brand and sales objectives
- Development of communication plans for the successful launch of new products in the home appliances sector
- Integration of target-group insights into strong claims and customer-centric communication measures
- Ensure consistent implementation of the visual brand language in the B2C area with premium positioning
- Definition and control of budgets and campaign KPIs
- Close collaboration with regions and markets
- Independent management of global service providers and creative agencies
Requirements
- Degree in marketing communications or a related field
- At least 3 years' professional experience in marketing departments within international corporate structures, with close cooperation with product management and sales
- Experience marketing new products, B2C communication, and developing comprehensive communication campaigns
- Experience managing external service providers and collaborating with creative agencies
- High degree of autonomy, strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and solid project management capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
