About the role
- Develop innovative mechanization concepts for assemblies in control engineering and power electronics.
- Lead project implementation of enclosure and component development.
- Create manufacturing, installation, and assembly drawings.
- Prepare bill of materials and create article records in the PLM system.
- Perform static calculations and sizing of parts and assemblies.
- Draft specifications for design items.
- Coordinate external subcontracting in close cooperation with suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Equivalent technical qualification with several years of professional experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Experience in designing mechanical assemblies.
- Confident use of 3D CAD systems (e.g., Creo/Parametric).
- Experience with PLM (e.g., Windchill) and ERP systems (e.g., Infor LN).
- Very good knowledge of materials.
- Reliable and self-directed working style with a strong commitment to quality and responsibility.
- Very good written and spoken English.
