About the role

  • Help shape future-oriented procurement and material group strategies
  • Gain in-depth and international insights into procurement processes, such as global material group and supplier management
  • Prepare tenders and conduct supplier negotiations
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary, cross-site project teams and departments
  • Assignments in purchasing at other European production sites (Germany, Austria, France)
  • Individually tailored support throughout the trainee program

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical degree with commercial knowledge, preferably in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiasm for structural steel components and technically oriented purchasing
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn, combined with an independent and structured way of working
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
