About the role

  • Create complex NC programs for machining workpieces using various machining technologies
  • Define and optimize machining processes using 3D programming software
  • Program manufacturing sequences taking into account design and production-related constraints
  • Support first-piece production and adapt programs on CNC machining machines
  • Prepare work documentation such as fixturing drawings, tool lists, etc.
  • Optimize programs and workflows and determine planned cycle times
  • Standardize workpieces and machining procedures
  • Train and support machine operators
  • Execute rationalization and efficiency improvement projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Further training as an industrial foreman (Industriemeister) or technician (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in machining and NC programming desirable
  • Analytical and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills, including cross-departmental collaboration
  • High team orientation and strong cooperation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English
