About the role
- Provide support to company employees on quality-related issues
- Participate in FMEA (AMDEC) processes
- Lead quality improvement projects
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of 5S standards
- Report on activities through KPI tracking
- Plan and conduct workstation, product and process audits
- Update quality procedures and work instructions
- Analyze and report internal non-quality costs
- Ensure proper functioning of production processes
- Drive resolution of internal issues and customer complaints
- Create control plans and manage their deployment in collaboration with production
- Ensure consistency of blocked item inventories
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Quality or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Required knowledge of quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, QRQC, FMEA/AMDEC)
- English: B2 level required
