About the role
- Planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of regulatory and customer audits, as well as monitoring the implementation of resulting corrective actions
- Liaison with authorities on all Part-145 relevant matters
- Preparation of required reports and documentation, e.g., manuals
- Support in the analysis and implementation of Quality Management and Safety Management requirements
- Independently developing and analyzing statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Development and training of internal work instructions and processes
- Resolving complex issues, e.g., using 8D methodology, and proposing and implementing resulting improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management; experience in quality assurance desirable
- Job-specific additional qualification such as Quality Manager desirable
- Very good command of English
- Careful and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Ability to handle conflicts
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
