About the role
- Handling supplier complaints
- Support in daily operations (data maintenance in our ERP system, quarantine/blocked inventory)
- Assistance in preparing investigation reports to support complaints
- Support in analyses of quality metrics
- Assistance with other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a technical discipline with a strong technical affinity
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic components
- Confident use of common software applications and operating systems, in particular Microsoft products
- Analytical thinking and a careful, efficient working style
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
