About the role

  • Within the General Methods department, Industrial Methods for Heat Exchangers, you will specialize in the manufacture of spacers
  • Define, develop, analyze and validate the spacer forming process
  • Specify, secure procurement and/or monitor and validate the means and tooling required in the manufacturing process
  • Validate the ramp-up to production of manufacturing equipment and contribute to their operational maintenance
  • Co-define the product with Industrialization and the Design Office to achieve a manufacturable definition at target cost
  • Lead and validate product manufacturing until industrial maturity
  • Identify and escalate industrial risks
  • Define, write, maintain and/or validate industrial dossiers and documentation
  • Analyze non-quality costs and deploy corrective actions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or general engineering degree with a specialization in materials / mechanics / forming / stamping
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Alternatively, a two- or three-year technical diploma (Bac+2/Bac+3) with significant experience of more than 10 years in spacer manufacturing and forming/stamping
  • Knowledge of metallurgy, welding and brazing is a plus
  • Responsive, organized and rigorous
  • Strong service orientation enabling high-quality relationships with internal and external customers
