About the role
- Development of the “Quality Management” domain in line with the Area Consulting CoE Digital Supply Chain and the corporate IT strategy
- Ensuring relevant business processes through the efficient use of applications, interfaces and technologies
- The “Quality Management” Domain Architect must have a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into scalable, secure and value-driven IT solutions
- Act as an advisor to business units to promote ideas, process optimizations and technologies
- Conduct workshops, interviews and stakeholder meetings to clarify needs and define value
- Proactively identify new technologies and assess their relevance for business transformation
- Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) framework and principles within Liebherr-IT Services GmbH and across the Liebherr Group
- Coordinate the cross-cutting “Quality Management” domain and organize regular meetings and workshops
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, Information Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT strategy & consulting as a (Domain) Architect in an international environment or in a larger mid-sized company or as a Global Solution Architect in the field of Quality Management
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a holistic, technology-agnostic perspective
- Ability to make decisions without formal authority by articulating technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness and business impact
- Strategic thinking & business acumen within own area
- Cross-functional thinking and solution development (E2E)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Consulting and facilitation skills (including presentations)
- Adaptability and continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
- Resident in Germany (no sponsorship provided)
- Fluent in German and English; any additional European language at B2 level is a plus
- TOGAF certification is a plus
