About the role
- Support in assessing working conditions (risk assessments)
- Support in implementing basic measures for workplace design — prevention through working conditions (organizational/technical prevention)
- Support in establishing a suitable organization and integrating safety into management activities
- General advisory services for employers and managers, employee representatives and employees
- Preparation of documentation and fulfillment of reporting obligations
- Participation in company meetings
- Willingness to undertake further training in radiation protection
- Willingness to work on and maintain our HSE management system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable higher education qualification
- Completion of a state-run or statutory accident insurance institution-run qualification course as a “Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit” (Occupational Safety Specialist), or an equivalent qualification recognized by the state or accident insurance institutions from another training provider
- Alternatively: willingness to complete this qualification
- Good command of English
