About the role
- Serve as the primary contact for our internal and external customers
- Responsible for recording 8D reports
- Perform statistical analyses and evaluations of field/experience data
- Authorize technical statements for customers
- Prepare reports on product failure behavior
- Coordinate and track retrofit/modification actions at customer sites
- Organize regular customer meetings
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Additional qualification as a technician or engineer in mechanical engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills
- Very good English and/or French language skills
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems
