About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for our internal and external customers
  • Responsible for recording 8D reports
  • Perform statistical analyses and evaluations of field/experience data
  • Authorize technical statements for customers
  • Prepare reports on product failure behavior
  • Coordinate and track retrofit/modification actions at customer sites
  • Organize regular customer meetings

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Additional qualification as a technician or engineer in mechanical engineering or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good German language skills
  • Very good English and/or French language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
