About the role

  • Ensure administrative processing and follow-up of Sales and Services.
  • Commercial and administrative management of sales services for first‑fit (OEM) and spare parts.
  • Receive and review customer orders for compliance (including export control) and process customer orders.
  • Prepare customer quotation requests.
  • Negotiate and secure order conformity and alignment of the order book with the customer to ensure company targets (KPIs; OTD) and contractual commitments are met.
  • Manage the order book and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Monitor, analyze, and update the indicators for your scope and address variances.
  • Handle disputes (commercial / transport / documentary, etc.) and unpaid invoices.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Process the entire order cycle within required timeframes in AOG situations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to your scope.
  • Prepare and participate in program-related meetings.
  • Create and maintain customer records within your scope.

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in a commercial/business field.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-quality customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Understand contractual requirements related to an order.
  • Knowledge of aerospace regulations.
  • Knowledge of export control rules and regulations.
  • Ability to identify the nature of customer issues, synthesize and formalize their needs.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use MRP/ERP software.
  • Team spirit.
