About the role

  • End-to-end project management for our harbor and offshore cranes: Independent planning, control and supervision of projects, including schedule, cost and quality management
  • Central coordination of all internal and external project stakeholders as single point of contact: Liaison with specialist departments, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Handling customer inquiries: Technical, commercial and legal clarifications in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Customer support and acceptance: Accompanying customer visits and technical acceptance tests at the factory and supporting international customers
  • Risk management and problem solving: Identifying deviations in project progress and initiating countermeasures to ensure project success
  • Conducting internal project analyses, lessons learned and contributing to continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Completed degree in engineering or business administration, ideally industrial engineering
  • Professional experience in a comparable role at an industrial company desirable
  • Good German and business fluent English; additional foreign language skills, particularly Spanish or French, are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Independent, service-oriented working style
  • Reliability, communication skills and a cooperative working approach
