About the role

  • Lead and further develop the Scheduling & Assembly department (approx. 30 employees)
  • Ensure the planning, control and monitoring of all assignments and resources
  • Coordinate internal orders with the workshop and logistics as well as with various external clients and contractors
  • Strategically advance processes and structures
  • Manage and implement organizational changes within the department
  • Responsible for producing meaningful reports
  • Promote an open, team-oriented way of working

Requirements

  • Completed technical training and commercial or equivalent further education
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in production, dispatch/scheduling, customer service, service or assembly
  • Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and way of working
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach
  • High social competence and enjoyment in leading employees
  • Strong sense of responsibility for safety and quality
