About the role
- Lead and further develop the Scheduling & Assembly department (approx. 30 employees)
- Ensure the planning, control and monitoring of all assignments and resources
- Coordinate internal orders with the workshop and logistics as well as with various external clients and contractors
- Strategically advance processes and structures
- Manage and implement organizational changes within the department
- Responsible for producing meaningful reports
- Promote an open, team-oriented way of working
Requirements
- Completed technical training and commercial or equivalent further education
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in production, dispatch/scheduling, customer service, service or assembly
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and way of working
- Structured and solution-oriented approach
- High social competence and enjoyment in leading employees
- Strong sense of responsibility for safety and quality
