About the role

  • Implement our global procurement roadmap and support strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven procurement projects
  • Design and implement high-performing methods, processes, and systems in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects, workshops, and international working groups
  • Conduct market and industry analyses and identify relevant trends and innovations
  • Advise and support the procurement organization and adjacent departments
  • Participate in exciting, future-oriented projects (e.g., digitalization of the source-to-pay process)
  • Continuously develop and optimize our global procurement processes and systems

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, or digitalization of business processes
  • Solid knowledge of project and process management, ideally combined with an IT affinity
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, with an interest in data-driven solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, team orientation, and initiative
  • Excellent German and good English skills
