About the role
- Design and further develop high-performance methods and processes across the Source-to-Pay process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate workshops in an interdisciplinary environment
- Initiate and manage projects to harmonize and optimize procurement methods and processes
- Advise and support the procurement function and related departments
- Contribute to innovative projects, e.g. implementation of AI solutions in procurement
- Coordinate and communicate with internal interfaces and international teams
- Ensure compliance with company-wide standards along the Source-to-Pay process
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on Source-to-Pay
- Solid knowledge of facilitation techniques and project management
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and English
