About the role
- Support for internal and intercompany projects and project modules within the “Global Network” area
- Coordinate and operationally manage subprojects and project tasks
- Implement and document findings and measures derived from projects
- Organizational and administrative tasks
- Process documentation, analysis and optimization
- Coordinating and supporting role in the implementation of new systems, methods and processes
- Analysis activities including data collection and preparation, especially in the area of KPI management
- Independent work in daily operations and on project tasks (position is initially limited to two years)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification; a degree in business administration, computer science or logistics is a plus
- Familiarity with common ERP systems and their functionality
- Knowledge of established project management and process optimization methods
- Strong understanding of business and logistics processes
- Independent, structured and analytical way of working
- Confident manner as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English language skills
