About the role
- Planning, monitoring and controlling customer and strategic projects from project preparation through to project completion
- Incorporating all relevant requirements and ensuring adherence to the defined project budget, timeline and required quality
- Preparing project plans and compiling project documentation
- Coordinating the project team, including task planning in consultation with specialist departments, and organizing, conducting and documenting team meetings
- Producing project documentation and providing all relevant information to the project team
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management or similar roles is an advantage
- Practical and methodological competence in project/multi-project management desirable
- PMI or IPMA certification advantageous
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and MS Project
- Good knowledge of databases and BI tools
- Business-fluent German and English
- Systematic, goal-oriented and effective working style, with commitment and assertiveness
- Strong organizational and communication skills
