About the role
- Advising divisional management and the executive board on the selection of IT systems
- Eliciting and documenting requirements from the production context
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes through the use of modern IT systems
- Developing concepts for IT systems and their integration into existing systems
- Supporting the rollout of new IT systems and training end users
- Providing support for the delivery of data from various systems
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role desirable, ideally in a production environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Infor LN) and production planning is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
