About the role
- Procurement planning for purchased parts
- Ensuring material availability through consistent tracking of delivery dates and resolving delivery disruptions
- Inventory optimization and reporting
- Evaluation of KPIs and initiation of required actions
- Management and development of suppliers at plant and division level with a focus on delivery performance
- Monitoring and improving processes in material planning and optimizing inbound logistics
- Participation in various logistics projects
- Close cooperation with various departments
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training
- Professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial/manufacturing company is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Very good German and English language skills
- Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with quality and cost awareness
- Team player with strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
- Independent, systematic, and service-oriented working style
