About the role

  • You support the entire product lifecycle – from market and competitor analyses and the further development of existing products to go‑to‑market activities.
  • You collect requirements from various sources (customers, internal business units, standards) and prepare them in a structured manner.
  • As an interface between customers and internal stakeholders, you help clarify and prioritize requirements.
  • You formulate requirements as user stories and define acceptance criteria as the basis for development.
  • You work closely with our development team and support backlog prioritization, refinements, and sprint planning.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a field at the intersection of engineering and business (e.g., industrial engineering)
  • Interest in product management and digital solutions
  • Structured working style, strong communication skills, and team spirit
  • Enjoy collaborating with different departments
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Initial product management experience through internships or project work
  • Basic knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria; experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage but not required
