About the role

  • Administrative management of the CSE
  • Inform employees about CSE news and activities
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments for CSE-related matters
  • Liaise with external providers, carry out comparative studies and present summaries
  • Manage employee orders and handle direct sales
  • Monitor service orders, verify deliveries, issue invoices and process payments
  • Draft minutes of CSE, CSSCT and COS meetings
  • Assist in organizing events and/or company trips
  • Manage accounting and administrative tasks using dedicated software

Requirements

  • Strong writing and synthesis skills (minutes, memos, presentations)
  • Comfortable with IT tools (accounting software, Microsoft Office suite, Canva, ProwebCE, etc.)
  • Interest in administrative tasks
  • Naturally organized, able to prioritize and plan tasks effectively
  • Diploma at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level with a focus on administrative management (e.g., BTS, BUT, Licence) or equivalent
