About the role
- Lead and further develop the Assembly & Planning department (approximately 30 employees)
- Ensure planning, control and monitoring of all assignments and resources
- Coordinate internal orders with the workshop and logistics as well as with various external clients and contractors
- Strategically develop processes and structures
- Manage and implement organizational changes within the department
- Responsible for clear and informative reporting
- Promote an open, team-oriented working environment
Requirements
- Completed technical education plus commercial or equivalent further training
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in production, planning/scheduling, customer service, field service or assembly
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in leading teams
- Sense of responsibility for safety and quality
