About the role
- Act as the central point of contact for the Research & Development area on IT and business requirements, advising and supporting their implementation
- Responsible for enterprise architecture, strategic development and alignment with the IT strategy
- Analyze IT requirements holistically, taking into account processes as well as market and technology trends
- Coordinate and monitor the demand portfolio, forward requirements to the appropriate teams and keep the project pipeline up to date
- Actively shape digitalization initiatives together with business units and IT consultants, contribute innovative ideas and moderate workshops
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics/Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge of engineering business processes and related IT applications (PDM, PLM, CAx)
- Experience in IT requirements engineering and business analysis—ideally supplemented by project experience in an engineering environment
- Structured approach to work
- Strong presentation, communication and assertiveness skills
- Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to the Liebherr EMtec plants (approx. 20% per year)
