About the role
- You drive the implementation and further development of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) cronetwork, actively contributing to the digitization and optimization of production processes
- Together with the business departments, you analyze and document existing production processes, derive target processes and configure the MES accordingly
- You work closely with IT, the central MES team and local rollout teams, supporting projects from planning through go‑live — including training and change management activities
- In standardizing production processes, you ensure a balance between global consistency and local requirements
- Additionally, you support testing, system validation and the successful deployment of the cronetwork MES
Requirements
- You hold a degree in industrial engineering, (business) computer science, production engineering or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in analyzing and designing production processes — preferably in an MES environment
- You bring strong project management experience — particularly with international rollout projects
- Strong communication skills, a high level of analytical thinking and a structured, solution‑oriented working style are among your strengths
- You are willing to travel internationally as part of project work and to actively support our sites on location
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
