About the role
- Ensure administrative processing and follow-up of Sales and Services.
- Receive and analyze the compliance of customer orders (including export control) and process customer orders.
- Prepare customer quotations.
- Negotiate/obtain the conformity of orders and the order backlog with the customer to ensure company targets (KPI; OTD) and contractual commitments.
- Manage the order backlog and follow up with stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze and update performance indicators within your area and address variances.
- Handle disputes (commercial / transport / documentary, etc.) and unpaid invoices.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Process the entire order cycle within required timeframes in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
- Respond to customers on all matters related to your scope.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Understand contractual requirements related to an order.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Knowledge of export control rules and regulations.
- Ability to identify the nature of customer issues, synthesize and formalize their needs.
- Familiarity with and ability to use MRP/ERP (GPAO) software.
