About the role

  • Responsibility for creating and maintaining the consolidated project and initiative database for the Mobile and Crawler Cranes division
  • Development of dashboards and status reports (BI-supported)
  • Evaluation of project ideas based on available internal and external data
  • Facilitating and following up on workstream and initiative meetings
  • Assessing potential and prioritizing digital products and initiatives
  • Contributing to corporate strategy
  • Acting as an interface to business units and serving as a sparring partner for division-level PMOs

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management or a related qualification
  • Several years of experience maintaining and managing databases and data processes
  • Experience with BI and dashboard tools as well as relevant AI applications
  • Experience working in matrix and workstream structures is an advantage
  • Structured working style with precise documentation and task tracking
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
