• Develop the overall technical system design within the system architecture
• Perform system-level calculations and simulations to assess and optimize efficiency, stability, and system performance
• Integrate complex influencing factors such as EMC, grounding, cooling, and protection systems
• Incorporate boundary conditions and requirements, e.g., fault conditions, application-specific safety and nominal requirements
• Prepare requirements specifications, framework and interface specifications for subsystems and components
• Apply systematic design processes (e.g., FMEA)
• Produce technical system documentation
• Create and manage requirements
