About the role
- Support and accompany software implementation, migration, and rollout projects across the company
- Work closely with IT Development, business departments, and external service providers
- Design and further develop software solutions in the ERP or webshop environment
- Set up, maintain, and manage interfaces to subsystems
- Take responsibility in IT-related projects as a Consultant / IT Coordinator (m/f/d)
- Support business units in 2nd-level support through consulting, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call duty for incident resolution in IT systems
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or an equivalent qualification
- Solid professional experience in the ERP environment, preferably Infor, or experience in building and maintaining webshop systems (front- and backend)
- Confident command of the SQL programming language
- Strong process-oriented thinking and the ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes
- Good German and English skills are mandatory and required for effective communication in both international and local contexts
- Team player with flexibility and a structured working style
- Analytical skills and strong problem-solving competence
- High willingness to travel during the onboarding/training period is desired
