About the role

  • Management and support of mobile Android endpoints (scanners, terminals) used for spare parts shipping and logistics
  • Administration and configuration within Mobile Device Management (MDM) for centralized control and securing of devices
  • Ensuring the functionality and IT security of all mobile endpoints
  • Client management for Windows devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients), including installation and configuration
  • Handling IT incidents at 2nd-level support, including troubleshooting and sustainable problem resolution
  • Implementation of security and compliance policies in accordance with corporate requirements
  • Integration of mobile devices into the existing IT infrastructure and ensuring compatibility
  • Patch, update, and asset management for mobile and stationary devices to ensure system stability and IT security

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT, preferably as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), especially for Android devices
  • Experience managing Windows clients and working with Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies and secure communication protocols (e.g., TLS/SSL, HTTPS, VPN)
  • Understanding of authentication and encryption methods to secure data transmissions
  • Experience in 2nd-level support, including troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work in a team
