About the role
- Facilitation of hybrid project meetings (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Performing the PMO role across proposals, development programs, series production programs and research & technology projects
- Monitoring and controlling project progress in coordination with Controlling and Program Management
- Preparation for and participation in financial reviews and budget approvals
- Preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project status reports to support decision-making
- Development of best-practice materials describing PM methodologies and processes, and delivering training
- Contributing to the further development of our project management standards
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience or additional certification in project management is a plus (e.g., PMP)
- Knowledge of MS Project, Infor LN, Power BI and JIRA/Confluence is an advantage
- Very good command of English
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and structured working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
