About the role
- Define and manage optimal industrialization and logistics processes
- Provide technical coordination for a small interdisciplinary industrialization team
- Manage projects by defining work packages, coordinating schedules, and reviewing deliverables
- Develop timeline and process plans according to defined objectives
- Calculate cross-departmental introduction costs for new products
- Ensure availability of equipment and resources for the introduction of new products in assembly
- Participate in decisions regarding in-house production versus external procurement
- Define criteria for serial-production readiness of new components
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar qualification
- Experience in industrialization, logistics, or materials management desirable
- Experience in cost calculation is an advantage
- Excellent English skills
- Strong execution skills and assertiveness
- Independent and analytical working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
