About the role
- Processing orders and monitoring delivery dates
- Procuring spare parts to ensure availability
- Reviewing and processing internal delivery date requests
- Tracking and monitoring agreed delivery dates
- Coordinating with internal interfaces such as Engineering, Purchasing and Production on alternative parts in case of supply shortages
- Handling customer orders
- Planning inventory levels for spare parts
- Managing, optimizing and controlling spare parts inventory and related master data
Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with the ERP system InforLN is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Organizational and technical understanding
- Fast learner with an independent and structured working style
- Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
