About the role
- Get to know a modern HR department and support us in all matters related to the employee lifecycle
- Manage the digital personnel files and actively help us optimize HR services
- Support us with a variety of HR tasks — whether in HR Service, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, HR Controlling or Recruiting
- Become part of exciting projects and, where appropriate, take responsibility for subprojects independently
Requirements
- You are studying Business Administration, Business Psychology (Wirtschaftspsychologie) or a comparable degree program with a focus on Human Resources or Labor Law
- You are passionate about HR topics and processes and ideally have already gained initial experience in the HR field
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs
- You work in a committed, structured and independent manner
- You are a strong communicator and a flexible team player
